pkr5 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Registering a false age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including winnings.
Each individual may hold only one registered pkr5 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. pkr5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void associated transactions upon detection.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the pkr5 platform, including the website at pkr5.org, any associated mobile web interface, all games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support services offered under the pkr5 brand.
1.2 By completing the pkr5 registration process, by logging in to an existing pkr5 account, or by otherwise accessing any part of the pkr5 platform, you confirm that:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pkr5 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pkr5 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games.
2.2 Age Verification. pkr5 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using the pkr5 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pkr5 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. You access the platform at your own legal risk.
2.4 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who lack such capacity under applicable law are not permitted to use the pkr5 platform.
2.5 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through the pkr5 Responsible Gaming tool, or who are subject to any third-party exclusion scheme, are not permitted to register or maintain an active pkr5 account for the duration of that exclusion period.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered pkr5 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr5 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a duplicate account violation and to void all pending and historical transactions on those accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Changes to name, address, contact number, or payment details must be reported to pkr5 customer support promptly. pkr5 reserves the right to suspend transactions while account detail changes are being verified.
3.4 Account Credentials. Your pkr5 username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. pkr5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.5 Account Ownership. pkr5 accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of any pkr5 account to another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT, and BTC. pkr5 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pkr5 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to player accounts. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your pkr5 account balance. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. pkr5 aims to process JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal. pkr5 reserves the right to require satisfactory identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending the satisfactory completion of any verification process.
4.6 Currency. All pkr5 account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a player has selected an alternative supported currency at registration. Cryptocurrency balances are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
4.7 Inactive Account Fees. pkr5 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have remained inactive (no login activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pkr5 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a pkr5 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. pkr5 does not credit bonuses with zero wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all pkr5 games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets and certain casino games may contribute at different percentages. Contributions by game category will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Abuse of Bonuses. pkr5 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, placing systematically hedged bets to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
5.6 Right to Modify Promotions. pkr5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a running promotion will be notified of material changes.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pkr5 are subject to acceptance by pkr5 at its sole discretion. pkr5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, error, or irregular betting patterns.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation reference number from the pkr5 platform. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be honoured.
6.3 Odds and Errors. In the event that an error results in odds being offered that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices, pkr5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. pkr5 will make reasonable efforts to honour bets placed in good faith at genuinely available prices.
6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at pkr5's discretion, including for the purposes of odds recalculation, data feed interruption, or integrity concerns. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
6.5 Void Bets. pkr5 may void a bet where the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified time threshold, or where the result cannot be determined within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance in full.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. pkr5 applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day, which vary by sport and market. These limits will be communicated in the relevant sports betting rules section of the platform.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game available on the pkr5 platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern for that game.
7.2 Return to Player (RTP). All casino games on pkr5, including slots, live dealer games, and virtual table games, operate with a predetermined theoretical return-to-player percentage. RTP figures are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. pkr5 does not honour payouts generated as a result of a demonstrable game malfunction.

9.2 You must notify pkr5 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. pkr5 support is available 24/7 via live chat with an average response time of 3–5 minutes and can place an immediate hold on your account upon request.
9.3 pkr5 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkr5 support immediately.

11.2 pkr5 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary for the operation of the platform.
11.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by pkr5, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.
12.1 All content on the pkr5 platform, including but not limited to the pkr5 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pkr5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr5 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkr5 content or software.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of pkr5 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr5 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkr5 platform.
13.2 pkr5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your pkr5 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 pkr5 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
13.4 pkr5 accepts no liability for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
14.1 Termination by pkr5. pkr5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where pkr5 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, pkr5 will communicate the decision to the player and, where applicable, return any undisputed real-money balance remaining in the account.
14.2 Termination by Player. You may close your pkr5 account at any time by contacting pkr5 customer support via live chat. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be either completed or forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the pkr5 platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 12, 13, and 16 — shall continue in full force.
15.1 pkr5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
15.2 Your continued use of the pkr5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.2.
15.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkr5 recommends checking this page at each platform login to remain informed of the current version.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pkr5 is licensed to operate.
16.2 Complaints Procedure. In the event of a dispute, players should first raise the matter with pkr5 customer support via live chat.
